No scholarship for MBA students even after getting ATKT

INDORE: From now, students of Master of Business Administration ( MBA ) will not get scholarship even if they get ATKT in a subject or two.As per directives of the commissioner of tribal welfare, besides the students who fail, those who get ATKT will also be not considered eligible for the scholarship.Over 1200 students of MBA of Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV) will have to bear the brunt of the decision as they will not be able to avail the facility of scholarship for the next semester as they have got allowed to keep terms (ATKT).“Previously only those students, who have got year back used to get debarred from the scholarship. As per the directives, students of ATKT will not be considered eligible for the scholarship,” said faculty of International Institute of Professional Studies (IIPS) and in charge of Post Matric Scholarship (PMS), R Yadav As per the system of the varsity, those students who score CPGA more than 4.00 and above are promoted to the next class.Pointing towards the confusions surrounding the eligibility criteria, he added, “We will be going to the collector office to get the circular and our issues will be forwarded to the commissioner.”
