INDORE: A 21-year-old pregnant woman died under mysterious circumstances on Tuesday night. Her family members believed that paranormal activity was the reason behind the incident since a girl had committed suicide a few days ago near their house.Police suspect it to be a case of poisoning. Prachi, wife of Jitendra Chourasia, resident of New Gauri Nagar, was on Tuesday night rushed to a private hospital after she complained of breathing problems and headache around 5:00 pm. At the hospital, she was declared dead, late night.Heera Nagar police reached the spot and recorded the case. “She started feeling uneasy and told her husband and brother-in-law. Suddenly, her nose started bleeding. They immediately rushed her to a private hospital from where she was referred to MY Hospital where she was declared dead,” said Heera Nagar police station in charge Mahendra Bhadoriya.He added that the woman was eight-month pregnant and her parents had also come from their village in Pali of Rajasthan to stay with her. They had gone to visit Ujjain on Makar Sankranti when this incident took place. Prachi was married to Jitendra in February 2017.Her brother-in-law Ashish Chourasia and his wife were also at home at the time of the incident. Heera Nagar police said that a case was registered and they were waiting for postmortem report to ascertain reason behind her death. Bhadoriya said that they searched the house, but, did not find any poisonous substance. Since a newly-married woman died under mysterious circumstances, her case will now be investigated by CSP Pardeshipura, Harish Motwani.
