“But with the change of the government in the state Paur got the layout of the bridge changed as a vast area of land and a petrol pump owned by her was getting affected due by the original layout” the petitioners counsel Manohar Dalal said. He stated that the new layout has affected the sale of shops owned by the 11 petitioners which are at Krishi Upaj Mandi Dewas. Dalal argued in the court that undue favour was conferred upon Paur due to which grave inconvenience/hardship was caused to the petitioners. After hearing all parties the court directed the principal secretary to hear the petitioners/their representation as well as Puar and then pass a speaking order for redressal of the grievance of the petitioners or otherwise give justification for the change of the layout within a period of four weeks.
