Rajpur (Barwani district Madhya Pradesh): A gaushala (cow shed) situated in Rajpur tehsil reported death of 45 cows which were brought here four months back from Barwani town. Matter came to fore on Friday even though cows were dying in large numbers for past past few weeks a gaushala in Birwani village. Barwani municipality sent 55 stray cows to gaushala four months back. Of the total 45 cows died in past few weeks. Doctors and gaushala caretakers and state animal husbandry minister Prem Singh Patel claimed that the cows died due to consumption of polythene bags.
