Indore: Three persons, including a minor, were arrested for the murder of a 23-year-old in Ratlam. The police received a tipoff, following which we arrested Ashutosh Singh (22), Tribhuwan Singh (24) and a 17-year-old boy from a toll plaza in Chittorgarh and seized three knives, used to commit crime, from them on Wednesday. They were produced in court and sent to jail. The minor was sent to reform home, Namli police station in-charge Dharmendra Shivhare said.The minor accused had conspired with other two to kill one Abid Khan. Khan was on his way back home from the market on Monday evening, when the accused stabbed him over 10 times leading to his death on spot, police said. The minor murder accused, and Khan had animosity over a police case registered in 2020, wherein Khan had misbehaved with the younger brother of a minor accused. Khan, who was also a minor at the time of registering of case, was later released. The case had caused communal tension in the village, leading to deployment of police in the area in 2020.
