18 houses gutted in Arunachal fire

Eighteen houses were completely damaged in a massive fire in Lower Dibang Valley district of Arunachal Pradesh on Sunday evening. It said the funds allocated under SIDF for various projects was 'as per requirements'. The incident took place at Model Village in Roing , the district headquarters. There were no casualties.Workshop for youths in Dimapur: Sanskar Bharati Poorvottar , an all-India cultural organization working to uplift artists and the cultural heritage of the northeast, will organize a five-day residential 'Yuva Kala Sadhna Shivir' - a conference and workshop for youths on cultural integration and peace in the northeast - at Northeast Zone Cultural Centre in Dimapur from March 25 to 29.Khandu govt refutes corruption charge: The Arunachal Pradesh government rejected opposition leader Takam Pario 's allegation that the former indulged in corruption by allocating more than Rs 200 crore within a month.
