Arunachal Cong slams BJP govt for 'delayed justice'

"APCC said BJP have been trying to derail the investigating by transferring police officers and demanded that the accused - who were released - should be immediately arrested again. Subsequently, the investigating officer and officer-in-charge of Tawang police station were transferred out to derail the investigation. Todum, a retired SSB soldier who is nearly 80-years-old, was injured when an IAF fighter plane dropped a bomb during a regular drill over Ruyu village in Dollungmukh circle on June 8. These are clear examples of Pema Khandu government shielding the accused. APCC demanded that the case be handed over to CBI to ensure justice for Taying's family.They also demanded that the government pay a suitable compensation to Bini Todum, who was injured in the IAF bombing and is currently undergoing treatment at TRIHMS, Naharlagun.
