Access Education Tech AET To Set Up First Arunachal Pradesh BPO

Our CorrespondentItanagar: Bhopal-based Access Education Tech (AET) has proposed to set up first call centre or BPO at Abotani Colony here, to ensure Arunachal Pradesh capital Itanagar earns city status. AET has been concentrating in education and skill development in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra and Arunachal Pradesh since 2017, its director Sanjoy Mishra informed. However, the call centre would be first of its type to link with CM Helpline and other departments, he said adding, as desired by Home Minister Bamang Felix he had a discussion with SP (Tele). However, his centre at Nirjuli offered three-month course to 240, of which 210 were certified and 53 got placement. Sophisticated infrastructure have been set up including sitting arrangement for 150 including class rooms of call centres on third floor of the building while, five local youth were being imparted training with K-YAN, a technology-led academic support system aimed at assisting the teacher in creating a more stimulating environment in the classroom, to make education more involving and enriching for the students. AET has been concentrating in education and skill development in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra and Arunachal Pradesh since 2017, its director Sanjoy Mishra informed. The number of Raj Bhawan centre were 360 trained, 311 certified and 53 got placement, both were set up in 2017 while the Sangram centre number stood at 201 trained, 96 certified and 27 got placement, he said, adding the proposed call centre or BPO would offer job to about 150 youth of both sexes as it would run 24X7. Training team leader Riju Taba, who graduated from Bangalore and served with Big basket call centre for two years and obtained diploma in radiotherapy, joined to make best use of her experience, she said with confidence.
