CA results Jaipur students clinch 11 out of top 50 ranks

Jaipur chapter of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India (ICAI) claimed that in the history of CA results in Jaipur, this is the best so far. In 2014 too, a Jaipur boy had topped the exam.Ankit Jain, chairman, ICAI Jaipur, said that the rising number of women in CA discipline from Rajasthan is encouraging and motivating girls to opt for this profession. The next best scorer from the city was Gunjan Garg.“This success is the outcome of my four years’ hard work. "It’s heartening that girls are creating space for themselves in a profession which used to a male bastion. The success of girls would certainly motivate other girls to be CAs," said Jain.Explaining why Jaipur always has a lion’s share in CA results, Jain said, "Students from the Pink City have proved that when it comes to finance they are the leaders in the country.

JAIPUR: Taking further the narrative of Rajasthan as breeding ground for chartered accountants in the country, 11 students from Jaipur made it into the top 50 All India Ranks (AIR), including AIR-1, which was bagged by Atul Agarwal In the CA final results announced on Friday, Gunjan Garg also figured in the top 10, securing 6th rank. Jaipur chapter of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India (ICAI) claimed that in the history of CA results in Jaipur, this is the best so far. The previous best performance was in 2013 when the city students bagged nine spots in the top 50 ranks.Atul Agarwal, who secured the first position, aspires to be a politician and follows Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath as his role model. He scored 618 marks in the exam. The next best scorer from the city was Gunjan Garg.“This success is the outcome of my four years’ hard work. I am sure that my success will inspire other girls to take up a career in finance and accounting,” said Garg.Of the 11 success stories, five were girls, a reason for ICAI, which prepares students, to rejoice. Other ranks in top 50 include Lucky Mittal(17), Ruchi Agarwal (21), Tanu Garg (30), Anushi Mangal (34), Meha Agarwal (37), Aviral Bhatia (40), Dinkar Agarwal(40), Rohit Modi (43) and Naman Jain (48). The aptitude of students for finance in Jaipur is much higher compared to youths in other states.”Jaipur, over the last decade, has made a mark on the education map of India and has scripted several success stories in the national level exams like NEET, JEE-Main, JEE-Advanced, NTSE, KVPY etc.
