Bhilwara: BJP president Amit Shah’s maiden address at the textile town of the state on Monday provided a new lease of life to the local BJP workers.Shah pumped in optimism among the booth-level party workers in the first major party meeting held in Bhilwara, after the embarrassing loss the ruling party suffered in the assembly constituency of Mandalgarh in the January by-polls. I assure you that their grievances would be addressed after polls,” he said.Advising them to keep aside their differences, he directed them to dedicatedly work for the party keeping PM Narendra Modi and “Bharat Mata’’ in mind. “Defeat of BJP candidates will mean a defeat of PM Modi and lotus (symbol of the party),” said Shah, who concluded the speech by administrating a pledge to party workers to work tirelessly for the victory of PM Modi.Shah, in his speech, reeled out the achievements of the BJP government such as surgical strike and National Register of Citizens (NRC) while making a scathing attack on Rahul Gandhi.Bhilwara district’s party president Damodar Agarwal claimed that the meeting would prove to be a turning point for the ruling party in the state. “It will change the wave in favour of BJP.
