RSRTC strike Private operators start fleecing

Though it was earlier a one-day strike, the Sanyukt Morcha of various unions announced that this will continue for the next 24 hours from midnight on Monday.Since more than 4,000 RSRTC buses were off roads due to the strike the private operators taking the optimum use of the opportunity fleeced the passengers. "The private bus operators are charging Rs 350 to Rs 500 for ordinary buses to Delhi and are charging Rs 300 to Rs 400 for ordinary service buses to Ajmer ," said Anil Jain who took a private bus to Delhi in the morning.The talks of various employee unions were already failed after the state government said they lack finances to fulfil all the needs of the employees.
