Government to empower women via mobile phones, says CM Vasundhara Raje

But Congress says that it will close the scheme if it was voted to power.She said, “Neither the Congress will return to power nor the scheme will be closed.”Raje was addressing public meetings at Ramgarh and Tijara in Alwar district on Friday as she is leading the Rajasthan Gaurav Yatra.Raje claimed that the Congress has become desperate over the Rajasthan Gaurav Yatra and it tried everything including the court to stop the yatra but has failed, she said.Taking on former chief minister Ashok Gehlot , Raje said that he had not uttered a single word in the assembly on issues concerning farmers, women in the assembly in the present term. Now, with the assembly election coming close, he is trying to become the well-wisher of the people. If the Congress in the 50 years of its power had done well, the situation of the country would have been different, she said.“What the Congress could not do in 50 years, our government had done it in five years,” she claimed. She said that the state government had waived off Rs 50,000 of agriculture loans.
