Kota: Body of a 30-year-old man, bearing fatal marks of injuries over head, face and stomach, was recovered late on Wednesday night from the Suraj Chatri hilltop under Bundi city police station. The deceased youth had gone missing from his home two days ago.The body of the youth, identified as Pappulal Bheel, a resident of Talabgaun village of Bundi district, was late on Wednesday night recovered from Suraj Chatri hilltop, said sub inspector at Bundi city police station Ram Prasad Meghwal. The deceased youth worked as a labourer in an agricultural field and had left home on Tuesday evening but did not return, he said.The devotees who had gone to offer prayers at Suraj Chatri late on Wednesday evening spotted the body in the bushes and informed the police about it around 8.30pm, following which the police team rushed to the spot and recovered the body, the SI said. The body bore fatal marks of deep injuries over head, face and stomach, he said adding the body was handed over to the family members after postmortem. On the report by the father of the deceased, police have lodged a case of murder under section 302 of IPC against the unidentified accused and further investigation into the matter is underway, the SI said.
