Artwork highlighting social issues Rajasthans heritage exhibited at IIS Universitys annual art exhibition in Jaipur

As many as 1600 artworks have been put on display at the 19th annual art exhibition of IIS University, Jaipur at Chaturdik art gallery of Jawahar Kala Kendra . Through photographs and wood art, students have tried to bring forth the best forms of nature and different facets of human life. The beauty of Rajasthan’s heritage has been exhibited through murals, tempera, illustrations, etc. Titled ‘Abhivyakti…Ek Prayaas’, the exhibition has students displaying various art forms including murals, stone carving, 3D and 2D creative compositions, wood art etching, caricatures and many more.Students clicking a selfie with one of the artworks displayed at the exhibitionSome students have exhibited their artwork with an aim to express resentment and distress over social problems including violence against women.
