Maksudanpura (Sawai Madhopur): Agitators on the tracks are been asked to maintain their number which is seen during lunch time and dinner time and fiery speeches were made at the Dharna spot to tackle with the fading away of enthusiasm among the protesting Gujjars on the railway tracks here. People of other community from nearby villages are also lending their support through raw materials including sacks of wheat flour, fruits, vegetables and of course money.On Saturday the agitators were specifically been asked to keep their spirits up. “14 saal se Bainsla saab sangarh kar rahan hai, aarkshan abhi nahin to kahbie nahin(Bainsla saab has been struggling to get reservation for the community for the past 14 years. We have to get reservation now or never,” said Bhura Bhagat one of the member of the core committee of Gujjar Aarakshan Sangarh Samiti.Enthusiasm and zeal is been ignited among the agitators through loud speakers. “Kabhie Sochyo hai aarakshan kyon na millo, kaye gaddar hain humare beech(Have you ever thought why we have failed to get reservation so far, there are many back-biters,” he added while addressing the agitators.Shailendra Singh, addressing the gathering said, “We are told that reservation is centre’s issue. The state government is misleading us. Since Gujjars of Rajasthan are demanding for reservation it is clearly a state issue. Had it not been an issue why Congress party would have put it in their election manifesto. Either they should give us reservation or have to courage to tell it on our face that they have misled us through their election manifesto.”Vijay Bainsla, son of Kirori Singh Bainsla, said, “Reservation for Gujjars is not a football which is kicked towards centre government once and towards state government once.”Protesters were addressed the way limited Indian Army and their soldiers were asked not to leave the post in the famous Longewala battle with Pakistan. “Ab to Aarakshan leke hi uthenge, jisko jo baat karni ho patri pe aa jaye(Now we will get up only after taking reservation, whoever wants to have a talk should come to the tracks),” Bainsla said, adding those who are in touch with the government without out notice should be exposed.
