Pak nationals in Bikaner asked to leave within 48 hours

Jaisalmer: Pakistani nationals staying in Bikaner have been asked to leave the place within 48 hours as it may cause serious law and order problem after the Pulwama terror attack. Any person of Bikaner district will not use sim card registered in Pakistan. Since, Bikaner is the bordering district to Pakistan , prohibitory orders under CrPC Section 144 have been issued. The Pakistani nationals who are staying or roaming in Bikaner’s revenue border have been asked to leave the place.In the orders, the district administration has clearly mentioned that they have prohibited stay of Pakistani nationals in rest houses, hotels and even in hospitals in Bikaner. As per order, case will be lodged against the person or persons violating this order under section 188 of IPC.

Jaisalmer: Pakistani nationals staying in Bikaner have been asked to leave the place within 48 hours as it may cause serious law and order problem after the Pulwama terror attack. The orders were issued by district collector Kumar Pal Gautam on Monday.Gautam mentioned in the order that there is resentment among people due to Pulwama incident. Since, Bikaner is the bordering district to Pakistan , prohibitory orders under CrPC Section 144 have been issued. The Pakistani nationals who are staying or roaming in Bikaner’s revenue border have been asked to leave the place.In the orders, the district administration has clearly mentioned that they have prohibited stay of Pakistani nationals in rest houses, hotels and even in hospitals in Bikaner. Businessmen in Bikaner district will not keep business relations directly or indirectly with Pakistani nationals and will not give any kind of employment to Pakistani citizens, says the order.In regards to spoof calls from Pakistan, no citizen through any medium of telecommunication will exchange any kind of army/sensitive information to unknown persons. Any person of Bikaner district will not use sim card registered in Pakistan. If any Pakistan citizen has any objection to this order then they can personally appear before the district magistrate and can submit the report.Under the provisions those Pakistani citizens who have registered with foreigner registration officer, point number 1-3 will not be applicable.The order of the district magistrate had been implemented with immediate effect from Monday and will remain effective till two months or till cancelled earlier. As per order, case will be lodged against the person or persons violating this order under section 188 of IPC.
