Jhunjhunu shocker Uncle sodomises minor boy kills him

Jaipur: The body parts of a seven-year-old boy who was sodomised by his uncle, were recovered from a jungle in Jhunjhunu district on Sunday morning during a search operation. The deeply shaken child told his uncle that he will tell his mother about the crime. His uncle got angry and strangulated him,” he said.The accused dragged the body to a small water body and fled on his motorcycle. The accused was arrested by the police.According to SHO Bharat Lal Meena, the accused told cops that on March 25, he visited the child’s house and lured him on pretext of buying him a samosa. “We have also booked the accused under multiple sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act,” said the official.

The accused was arrested by the police.According to SHO Bharat Lal Meena, the accused told cops that on March 25, he visited the child’s house and lured him on pretext of buying him a samosa. “He took the boy to the jungles where he sexually abused him. The deeply shaken child told his uncle that he will tell his mother about the crime. His uncle got angry and strangulated him,” he said.The accused dragged the body to a small water body and fled on his motorcycle. “A missing complaint was registered by the parents. As we were looking for him, we got suspicious on the boy’s uncle. We quizzed him during which he admitted to have sodomised and murdered the child,” Meena said.A search party from the police station was dispatched to the jungle to verify the information provided by the accused. “Three head constables and I searched the entire area. First, one of us saw hair strewn around, as we ventured deep into jungle, we stumbled upon his skull. Later, as we moved around, we discovered ribs and other parts which were eaten up by the animals,” the officials said.It was only with help of a torn shirt and shredded pieces of his trousers that the police were able to confirm the missing boy’s identity. “The jungle is inhabited by several wild animals. It is clear that they fed on his corpse for several days. The forensic experts have collected DNA samples, while his family confirmed that the clothes were the same their son had worn last time he was spotted,” said the official.The police said that the accused has been arrested for rape (section 376), causing disappearance of evidence (section 201), and murder (section 302) under the IPC. “We have also booked the accused under multiple sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act,” said the official.
