Police is yet to lodge a case of negligent driving against the driver of the private bus, however he has been detained, he further added.
KOTA: A 17-year-old boy was killed and another sustained injury after a private passenger bus, they were travelling by along with other passengers, on Sunday early morning rammed into a stationary truck on road side from behind on NH–52 near Aanthawameel under Hindoli police station area of Bundi district.
Police handed over the body of deceased to the family members after the post-mortem.
The injured person was referred to Maharao Bhim Singh [MBS] Hospital in Kota after primary medical treatment at Bundi district hospital.An early morning private passenger bus, going from Jaipur to Jhalawar on Sunday, rammed from behind into a stationary truck near Aanthawameel on NH–52 at around 5.30 am, told Mahavir, ASI at Hindoli police station.
“One person identified as Himanshu Panwar (17), a resident of Sirohi district was killed on the spot while another person sustained severe injury in the mishap and was referred to MBS Hospital in Kota after primary medical care at Bundi district hospital where he is undergoing medical treatment”, said the ASI.The body was handed over to the family members after post-mortem.
