Congress MLA Ved Prakash Solanki, one of the confidants of former Deputy Chief Minister Sachin Pilot, complained to the Congress high command in this regard and said that the matter should be investigated.

The Ashok Gehlot government of Rajasthan has again been accused of phone tapping. These allegations have been made by Congress MLA Ved Prakash Solanki. Solanki, one of the confidants of former Deputy Chief Minister Sachin Pilot, complained to the Congress high command in this regard and said that the matter should be investigated.

However, Solanki refused to name these MLAs. Solanki says that he does not know who was tapping their phones and on whose orders this is happening. Whether the state government is involved in phone tapping or not but some MLAs have informed me about their phone being recorded.

Solanki said, "I don`t know whether my phone is being tapped or not. But many MLAs have said that mobile phones are being tapped. Many officials told them (MLAs) that it seemed that they were being framed. Efforts are being made. The MLAs have also informed Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot about this."

This whole matter came to the fore at a time when Sachin Pilot has been camping in Delhi for two days but has not yet met the party high command.

After the allegations of phone tapping by Pro-Pilot MLA Solanki, the mercury of the politics of the state may rise again. There were also allegations of phone tapping during the rebellion of the pilot camp last year. Chief Minister`s OSD Lokesh Sharma released the audio purportedly claiming conversations between Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, Pilot camp MLA Bhanwarlal Sharma and Sanjay Jain.
