A flood-like situation has arisen due to heavy rains in many areas of Rajasthan`s Kota, Baran, Bundi and Jhalawar. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has tweeted saying that instructions have been given to the administration regarding relief and rescue operations. Teams of NDRF, SDRF and Civil Defense are doing help work. The army has also been contacted and if needed, the help of the army will be taken. There has also been a lot of loss of public and money in the state due to heavy rains.

In many areas of Rajasthan, the rain continues continuously for the last 3 days. Due to which flood-like situation has arisen in more than half a dozen districts of the state. Especially the four districts of Hadoti division which include Kota, Baran, Bundi and Jhalawar. More than 200 villages of these districts have been waterlogged, while the water level in Chambal river passing through many districts of Rajasthan is continuously increasing. Due to incessant rains in the Hadoti region, the water level of the Chambal river in the district has risen above the old bridge.

7 members of a family were buried after a house collapsed at Chambal Ghat in Keshavarayapatan town of the district. Everyone died in the accident. The dead bodies of the seven people buried in the rubble have been taken out. After the accident, mourning has spread in the area.
