He said the talks held with the high court administration failed on Wednesday leading to the strike.Meanwhile the Registrar General of the High Court directed district and session courts judges not to sanction any leave to the employees from July 20. It has also directed the judges to take the services of retired employees, employees of district legal authority , other departments, home guards for running the courts and seek the help of the district administration in case of any employee creating obstacles in the functioning of the courts. We have other demands also."
