Tribune News ServiceJalandhar, July 15Intensifying their protest against the upcoming Punjabi movie, “Jatt Jugadi Hunde Aa”, the district president of Shiv Sena, Rohit Joshi, today started a hunger strike against the makers of the movie.
Earlier, Shiv Sena activists had condemned the movie for allegedly depicting a Hindu deity in an objectionable form.
Around 10 protesters urged the police to lodge an FIR under Section 295-A of the IPC against makers of the movie today.
Due to protest by the party workers, its release date has been postponed.
The movie is based on a comedy plot and is a family movie.
