Free health camp from tommorow

IN BRIEFJalandhar: A free screening camp will be organised on September 21 and 22 on the campus of Caremax Superspeciality Hospital, Jalandhar. The camp will be organised by the hospital management from 10 am to 5 pm. During the camp, consultation, X-ray, bone mineral density test (BMD), heart colour scanning (echocardiography) andECG will be done free of cost. OCIntoxicating tablets seizedPhagwara : The police seized 370 intoxicating tablets from a person on Wednesday night and arrested him. A case under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act has been registered aginst the suspect.

Another medical camp is being organised by the Gulistan Society for Senior Citizens on September 22 at Gulistan Society’s Physiotherapy Clinic on the 120-feet road from 10 am to 2 pm. TNS Abduction caseregistered Phagwara: On a complaint lodged by Darbara Ram, a resident of Kherra Colony, the police have registered a case under Section 365 of the IPC on the charge of abducting his minor son Suman by some unknown persons. The boy is missing since September 16.The police are investigating the case. OC Intoxicating tablets seized Phagwara : The police seized 370 intoxicating tablets from a person on Wednesday night and arrested him. The suspect has been identified as Sunny Sethi, a resident of Balmiki Mohalla locality. A case under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act has been registered aginst the suspect.
