Memorandum on research-related activities signed

Phagwara, December 5Lovely Professional University (LPU) and Shanghai Vocational College of Agriculture and Forestry (SHAFC) of China have signed an MoU, today, on the campus of LPU for collaboration in academic and research related-activities. The scope of the MoU includes ‘development of joint research projects and to avail funding; exchange of academic information, students, faculty; and, organisation/participation in joint seminars, conferences and workshops. For this, four member Chinese delegation reached LPU under the leadership of president, WEI Hua, SHAFC. Hua on behalf of SHAFC and from LPU registrar Dr Monica Gulati and associate director, division of international affairs, Aman Mittal signed the MoU between the two institutions. On this signing occasion, Director at the Office of International Cooperation and Exchanges, FEI, Guoqiang, Director, Academic Office, Wang Tongguang, Associate Prof Geng Yanxia from (SHAFC) and LPU director general (operations) Subhashish Majumdaar were also present.
