Protests erupt over terror attack on Amarnath Yatra pilgrims

The protestors had a plan to stop the buses coming from J&K but their attempt was foiled as traffic was diverted from near Bhogpur. The outfits burnt the effigies of terrorism and even set Pakistani flags on fire. The Mahant from Baba Lal Dyal Ashram too sat on dharna.

The protestors had a plan to stop the buses coming from J&K but their attempt was foiled as traffic was diverted from near Bhogpur. Among those who led the protests were Pradeep Khullar, Amit Taneja, Keemti Bhagat and Kishan Lal Sharma. The Mahant from Baba Lal Dyal Ashram too sat on dharna. A protest was also held in Kapurthala where activists of the Sena, including Ajay Sharma, Prince Kundal and Rakesh Bhargav, submitted a memorandum to be forwarded to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh.
