Ashok Khemka backs Jammu and Kashmir officer over ‘rapistan’ tweet

Questioning the showcause notice issued to Faesel by the Jammu and Kashmir government, Khemka tweeted, “Which rule is alleged to be violated?”.
CHANDIGARH: Jammu and Kashmir bureaucrat Shah Faesal , who is facing flak for his 'rapistan' tweet, has received support from senior IAS officers from Haryana, Ashok Khemka .
Service rules do not make you a servant of the ruler.
He was responding to a copy of the notice that Faesal had shared online.“Many misinterpret service rules.
The irony here is that service rules with a colonial spirit are invoked in a democratic India to stifle the freedom of conscience."
