AMRITSAR: A Kashmiri youth against whom J&K Police had issued a look out circular (LOC) was held by the immigration officials while trying to flee to Pakistan via Attari road border.According to sources, Tahseen Ali of Habbakadal in interior Srinagar was wanted in several criminal cases by the J&K police and had been absconding.
