Apart from this, a policeman resident of Surankot, Poonch also died due to corona. He was brought dead from Batra Hospital in GMC Jammu. With this, nine more people died in Kashmir. With this the figure has crossed 500 in the state. Meanwhile, 536 new infected cases have been reported in the state, including a GMC doctor. Newly infected cases include 98 from Jammu division and 438 from Kashmir.

The 21-year-old youth of Corona-infected Satwari was undergoing treatment at GMC Jammu for several days. But due to several serious medical problems, her condition continued to worsen and she died on Thursday. He was cremated under the protocol.

Among the newly infected cases, 144 from Srinagar, 46 from Baramulla, 33 from Pulwama, 14 from Kulgam, 8 from Shopian, 16 from Anantnag, 36 from Budgam, 46 from Kupwara, 54 from Bandipora, 41 from Ganderbal, 49 from Rajori. The cases include 3 from Ramban, 10 from Kathua, 1 from Udhampur, 8 from Samba, 3 from Doda, 5 from Poonch, 15 from Reasi and 1 from Kishtwar. Of the total 536 infected cases, 124 are from travelers and 412 are from another category.

Till now 19302 infected patients have beaten the corona in the state. There are 4311 patients from Jammu division and 14991 patients from Kashmir division. The recovery rate of infected patients is better in the state.
