The Lieutenant Governor`s Administration has released a schedule of annual court move for the winter. Offices opening five days a week along with the Secretariat will be closed on 30 October, while the offices opening six days a week will be closed on 31 October. On November 1, Jammu will travel with the record. All the offices will open on November 9 at Jammu Secretariat.  

According to the order of the General Administration Department, only 33 percent or a maximum of 10 employees will go with the camp offices of the Darbar Move. All departments will send a gazetted officer and five employees to Jammu on October 23 as an advance party. The Advance Party will confirm the record has been reached. Departments related to security, transport and other services will ensure the arrangements related to the Durbar Move.

Corona test of employees required

The corona test will be done for all employees associated with the Darbar Move under the guidelines of the Health Department. In the rapid test, positive workers will not join duty until they are negative.

The employees coming with the pay court move in advance, including the allowance of 25-25 thousand, will get Rs 25-25 thousand as special allowance. Employees who do not move beyond the prescribed time will not be entitled to allowances. The salary for the month of October will be advanced to their account only on October 23. Advance salary will have to be paid in installments.

Office hours in jammu

The offices of the civil secretariat and the heads of departments will open from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm. Similarly, the camp office located outside the secretariat will work from 10.00 am to 4.30 pm. Camp offices open six days a week.
