JAMSHEDPUR: Steel City-based NGO Faith In India gifted women hailing from the economically weaker category a life insurance scheme on Saturday.Founded and run by Anamika Majumdar, the NGO has taken the initiative to insure the lives of the financially-vulnerable women. This will also help inculcate the habit of saving among the rural women," said Anamika. The beneficiaries who hail from different villages in Karandih block will receive the benefits of the insurance upon completion of the term-period. "The purpose of the initiative is to guard the future of the beneficiaries against unforeseen dangers.
