Jharkhand`s district Court has given an important decision on the rape case. The Chatra Court while hearing the case of minor rape, sentenced the accused to 22 years of Jail. The court also said that the fine imposed on the accused if not paid on time then the imprisonment will get increased.
According to the information, when the minor victim had gone to gaze at the cattle, accused Vilesh Yadav had committed this crime. He first tied her hand, then blocked her mouth with a cloth and brutally raped her. The case registered was under POCSO Act and the fine imposed on him was Rs 20,000.
