Disease Eradication Needs Conversion in Jharkhand

  • | Saturday | 17th July, 2021

Jharkhand is eradicating disease only if one converts to Christianity.

Jharkhand is playing the game of conversion in the name of eradicating the disease. The ones who convert are called Changai Sabha and many other names.  The people are assured to be cured by the effect of miraculous powers of a particular person of Christianity.

After this, psychologically, the victim is made to get his point of view. In a systematic manner, the members of the conversion team brainwash the victim and his entire family members. In such a situation, if a person changes religion, then many other people around also follow his path.

People engaged in the work of conversion make a group of four or five and go to the homes of the victims and in the name of eradicating the disease, mix medicines in water and give them drink. When the patient is cured, he bluffs and says that due to a miracle the disease has been cured.

In Simdega district which was 90 percent Hindus at the time of independence, now 30 to 35 percent Hindus are left. In this district, 90 percent of people of Lohra, Badaik, Khadia, and Oraon communities have been converted. At the same time, Mahuadand area of Latehar district has become completely Christian.

Vishwa Hindu Parishad`s field organization minister Keshav Raju says that in many areas of these districts, the game of open conversion is going on. It has accelerated on the pretext of service at the time of corona infection. These people want to make Jharkhand a Christian land. Even after the implementation of the Prohibition of Conversion Act in the state, the people of the administration are not paying attention to it.

The family of Bachchu Turi of Lurgumi village of Mahuadand has become a victim of conversion. A son of the family came in contact with the pastor while living in Ranchi. He offered a job and marriage to a Christian girl. When the family members also reached Ranchi, that pastor confused everyone. After returning to Latehar, the Hindu deities kept in the house were thrown. A daughter who is married in a Sanatani family is explaining to return but is not understanding.
