JAMSHEDPUR:Welfare minister Lois Marandi and tourism minister Amar Kumar Bauri also addressed the gathering and claimed that it was a matter of pride for Jharkhand that it has been on the top of list of states that adopted digital transaction on appeal of Modi. "Since digital transactions are being made possible through thumb impression, people living in remote and rural pockets of the state should also be made aware of the facilities now available," Marandi said.Sharing details of digi-dhan scheme, IT secretary Sunil Kumar Bannwal said that the scheme was launched on December 25 last year by the Centre under two heads-Digi-dhar vyapar yojna and digi-dhan lucky draw to engage customers and merchants.
