MiG 27 aircraft crashes in Jodhpur; no casualty reported

"According to him the incident took place at 9 am on Tuesday. A plane was grounded and was on fire. At a distance, pilots were found safe. JODHPUR: A MiG-27 aircraft of the IAF crashed near Deolia Kalan village in Jodhpur on Tuesday, with the pilot ejecting safely.The aircraft was on its routine mission when it crashed.Fire brigade and police officials have reached the spot, a senior officer said.No casualty have been reported so far.The area has been cordoned off.A court of inquiry will investigate the cause of the accident, Defence PRO.Champalal Bishnoi, an eye witness, talking to TOI over phone, said, "I was at farm when I heard an explosion like sound.
