"An FIR against Arun has also been lodged under relevant sections including 354 of IPC following a complaint by the woman's mother-in-law," the SHO added. "On late Wednesday night Arun again targeted the woman who had gone to her father-in-law's potato fields. Police recorded his statement on Thursday.According to the police, the woman's father-in-law Ram Sanehi had planned to teach Arun a lesson after coming to know that he was regularly stalking his daughter-in-law. KANPUR: A 25-year-old youth had his genital cut off by the father-in-law of a woman whom he was allegedly trying to rape in Kakwan area of Kanpur on Wednesday.Arun Kumar, a resident of Kakwan, is now recovering at a hospital.According to SHO Kakwan, Daya Shankar Singh, Arun is a spoilt youth of the village.
