The cost of the proposed project is Rs.22.23 crore which would be provided under Samagra Vikas Yojna by the urban development department.The board has also given its nod to the proposal regarding sale of unpopular properties on first-come-first-get basis. 65.61 crore and thus earned a profit of Rs.11.79 crore.The divisional commissioner directed the KDA officials to remove encroachments at KDA land, provide land in the Cattle Colony to allottees, make proper transport system in the city parking at important places and identify places for construction of underpass and flyovers. The properties are situated at Wazidpur, Parshad Nagar, Arra, Bingawan, KB -2 Scheme, Gunjan Vihar, Naubasta, Khandepur, Deen Dayalpuram, Gangapur Macharia, Sanigawan and Barra .KDA officials while informing the board about e-auction of 104 properties, also told it that against the reserve price of Rs.53.82 crores, they got Rs. Kanpur: Kanpur Development Authority ( KDA ) at its 126th board meeting held here on Tuesday sanctioned as many as five projects related to Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.The board also sanctioned a multi-level parking in the park near the registry office on VIP road adjacent to Kanpur court and also approved sale of KDA properties through e-auction.The meeting, held under the chairmanship of divisional commissioner Subhash Chandra Sharma, ratified the proceedings held in the 125th board meeting.The five projects will be executed at Sachandi, Chatramau, Rooma, Chakeri, Mavaiya, Kulgram and Oochati villages of the city.The board also sanctioned the project regarding construction of a multilevel parking in a park near the registry office.
