Kanpur: Kanpur Bar Association on Sunday felicitated its assistant returning officers for playing a significant role in the recently held annual general election. President KBA Pramod Kumar Dwivedi and general secretary Aditya Singh presented appreciation letter and angvastram to the assistant returning officers.
