Kozhikode corporation gets new veterinary hospital building

Kozhikode corporation authorities constructed the three-storey building with advanced facilities to provide sophisticated treatment to pet animals. KOZHIKODE: Cabinet minister K Raju on Saturday inaugurated the new building of the Byepore Veterinary Hospital in Kozhikode Addressing a gathering Raju said that required steps will be taken to upgrade the centre as polyclinic to provide all the diagnostic services to pet animals.He directed the corporation authorities to submit a proposal pertaining to required steps. The building constructed at a cost of Rs 1.5 crore has facilities such as air-conditioned operation theatres, kennels, portable digital X-ray facility, ultrasound scanning, automatic heamoanalyzer, farmers training hall, separate out patient sections for small and big animals, administrative offices, edical store and a laboratory.
