Kolhapur unveils 21feet Ganesh idol

And on Friday, when the 21 feet Ganesh idol was unveiled for public viewing by Shivaji Chowk Tarun Mandal , people thronged to see it. The event took place at Shivaji Chowk in the city. The city has started its Ganesh celebrations. Households are celebrating the festival with modaks, aartis and other sweets. On the other hand, the various pandals in the city have their own Ganesha idols as well as decorations.The town, which has been lit up with these decorations has added to the enthusiasm of the city.
