Maharashtra declares Tillari forest area in Sindhudurg as conservation reserve

The Maharashtra government on Tuesday declared 25.53 square kilometre area in Dodamarg taluka of Sindhudurg district as Tillari conservation reserve.
The Tilari ecosystem has breeding tiger population and acts as a source population for Sahyadri Tiger Reserve."
Km area across 10 villages in Dodamarg taluka of Sindhudurg as a Conservation Reserve (CR).
