SSB holds two B deshi nationals for trespassing without IDs

Darjeeling: Two Bangladeshi nationals were apprehended by the Shasastra Seema Bal (SSB) at Panitanki on the Indo-Nepal border near Siliguri, when they were trying to enter Nepal without valid documents. The two arrested persons have been identified as 38-year-old Abdul Razaak of Aisa Gram, Nowagon, Bangladesh and 22-year-old Massum of Bhaktarpur, Nowagon, Bangladesh. The duo was interrogated and later handed over by the SSB to West Bengal Police at the Kharibari police station. It may be mentioned that Special Task Force (STF) of Kolkata Police had arrested three Bangladeshi nationals and seized gold bars worth approximately Rs 30 lakh on Thursday evening.
