Kolkata: The state government has deferred the test of Madhyamik examination in the areas affected by the cyclone Bulbul. The test examination will be held on December 2 instead of November 26. It may be recalled that during the administrative meeting held in Basirhat on Wednesday, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee had raised the matter. She also asked state Transport minister and MLA from Nandigram Suvendu Adhikari to hold administrative meeting with the district magistrate and other senior officials of East Midnapore. The state government will soon give kits that include utensils and other items required to run a household, to the affected people. Mobile medical clinics will be sent to the affected areas soon as well.
