Former India pacer and BJP candidate Ashok Dinda's car hurled stones, back injury

BJP candidate from Tamluk, Dr. Harekrishna Bera, beaten up in the hospital in front of the police station. Bengal BJP president Dilip Ghosh said that after the first phase of voting, Trinamool has understood that it is going to lose, hence BJP workers are being beaten up in different areas of the state.  

On Tuesday, some people pelted stones on the vehicle of Ashok Dinda, former India fast bowler and BJP candidate from Moyna Assembly seat in East Medinipur. The glass of the car broke. Dinda`s back hurt. Accusations have been leveled against Trinamool Congress supporters. According to the information received, more than 50 people surrounded Ashok Dinda`s car near Moyna Bazar and threw stones at him.

On this incident, Dinda said - `We were returning after finishing our election campaign. My car was attacked near Moyna Bazar. A brick fell on my shoulder. I somehow saved myself. This is a conspiracy. This is what Trinamool does. We are human beings. We cannot get down to their level.

On the other hand, in front of the Tamluk police station, a BJP candidate from Tamluk, Dr. Harekrishna Bera was beaten up by some people. He has been admitted to the ICU of Tamluk District Hospital. Bengal BJP president Dilip Ghosh said that after the first phase of voting, Trinamool has understood that it is going to lose, hence BJP workers are being beaten up in different areas of the state. An atmosphere of terror is being prepared.
