Mamata launches Trinamool s Bengali daily Jago Bangla

Kolkata: Trinamool Congress Chairperson Mamata Banerjee on Wednesday launched the daily edition of the party's mouthpiece "Jago Bangla" from the dais of the Martyrs' Day programme.
This is the first Martyrs' Day observed by Trinamool Congress after returning to power for the third consecutive term with a thumping majority.
This is the second time since Trinamool Congress was formed when the Martyrs' Day programme was held virtually, due to the Covid pandemic.
He said: "It is none other than the party chairperson Mamata Banerjee who always safeguarded the people's rights.
The people of Bengal have proved that they have faith in only one person who is none other than Mamata Banerjee".
