Unnao MLA named in CBI chargesheet for implicating rape survivors father in arms case

The CBI filed the second charge-sheet on July 11 while the first charge-sheet was filed on July 7. The CBI had registered three FIRs in the Unnao case on April 13. They were also accused of charges of giving false evidence to public servant framing incorrect record against a person.With this, the CBI has filed the final charge-sheet in the case of violence and rape in Unnao. BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar has been named by the CBI officials in two chargesheet.Sengar was accused of rape, kidnapping, criminal conspiracy, criminal intimidation and under Sections 3 and 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, along with Shashi Singh.
