During inquiries, Suresh’s neighbour told the police that he had seen the child with Suresh’s relative on the fateful evening.Police, then scanned the Call Detail Records (CDR) of Suresh and his other family members and finally recovered the child from Garun Govind area of Vrindavan.However, the alleged kidnappers managed to escape.
