Lucknow: A 12-year-old boy with learning disabilities died under mysterious conditions at the Rajkiya Bal Grih, a government-run shelter home for orphans, at Mohan Road under the jurisdiction of Para police station on Sunday.The shelter home is run by Nirvan Sansthan.Police said that the incident occurred at 12:30pm on Sunday, when Akash (name changed), who was reportedly suffering from epilepsy , fell unconscious started experiencing fits.
