Allahabad: 3 dead after a boat capsizes in Yamuna

ALLAHABAD: At least five persons were missing after a boat carrying 14 persons capsized in river Yamuna between Saraswati ghat and Lord Shiva temple under the limits of Kydganj police station here on late Monday evening.SP (city) Brijesh Kumar Srivastava said a group of 14 persons, who had come from Maharashtra to immerse ashes of a dead kin, was on the boat when it capsized.He added, while nine of them managed to swim to safety, five others were missing.
