"I was not being heard in my own department by my officials," said Rajbhar, while speaking to TOI.He regretted his proposal for including certain names in the Backward Class Commission, was rejected by the CM. Rajbhar's SBSP played a key role in BJP's impressive electoral success in eastern UP.After he was sworn in, CM Yogi Adityanath paid scant attention to his demands, including land for a party office and developmental of his constituency and home district.

"I have already told BJP and the chief minister that if the social justice committee report was not implemented by February 24, he would resign and consider other options," said Rajbhar.Rajbhar's fledgling Suheldev Bahujan Samaj Party holds sway over at least 12 districts of eastern Uttar Pradesh and was nurtured as an NDA ally by BJP's national president Amit Shah . When his son got married last year, he requested PWD engineers to construct a road in his native village.
