On Sunday, Akram was booked under CrPc 151 and later given bail. The two drunk neighbours engaged in a heated argument, after Akram allegedly raised ‘Pakistan Zindabad’ slogan.Speaking to TOI, Kamlesh Kumar Singh, station house officer of Itmad-ud-daula, said, “A complaint was lodged by Ram Lakhan who accused Akram of shouting provocative pro-Pakistan slogan, though no concrete evidence was found against Akram.”He said, “The two neighbours were heavily drunk. AGRA: The Itmad-ud-Daula police in Agra arrested a drunk man after he allegedly raised ‘Pakistan Zindabad’ slogan.Held under section 151 (preventive custody) of the CrPc, Akram (30) was having liquor along with his neighbour Ram Lakhan in a Foundary Nagar based liquor store when the incident happened.According to police, after attending a candle light march to pay homage to the slain CRPF jawans in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama, Ram Lakhan went to have liquor and met his neighbour.
